    A private session allows for a more intimate view into your practice by individualizing each session to meet the needs of the student. You can start a new practice, deepen your practice or spend some time working with an injury or condition. Private lessons can help you deepen your practice, gain confidence, answer questions and provide guidance. Private Sessions can include a combination of yoga postures, CORE work, reiki and yoga philosophy for better living.

    Reiki Treatments

    What one experiences during a Reiki treatment varies somewhat from person to person. However, feelings of deep relaxation are usually felt by all. In addition, many feel a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and surrounds them. As the Reiki energy encourages one to let go of all tension, anxiety, fear or other negative feelings a state of peace and well-being is experienced. Some drift off to sleep or report floating outside their bodies or have visions and other mystical experiences. At the end of the treatment, one feels refreshed with a more positive, balanced outlook.

    Replenish Home Party

    Replenish Home Party is designed as a personal, 2 hour yoga introduction and class for yourself and the family, friends and/or co-workers that share an interest in learning more about yoga in a private environment. It will give you and your guests an opportunity to learn, see and feel first hand the benefits of yoga in the body—for stress reduction, flexibility, balance, strength, weight loss,…etc. Yoga is a commitment to yourself, your health and the quality of your living experience.

    Parties can be designed to teach any individual or combination of the following: Beginner Hatha, Level I, Level II, Vinyassa Flow, Meditation, Relaxation and/or Breathing techniques. Actual class format can be designed with Hostess with the experience level of the group in mind.

    Parties include:

    • Basic yoga introduction to the 8 Limbs or Yoga and the 8 Principles of Movement by Suzie Hately to create a strong, safe foundation or yoga movement
    • A full 90-120 minute yoga class including breath work and relaxation; techniques as co-designed with the Host
    • Door prize drawings
    • Discount pricing or the Replenish 5-class punch card (Retails at $50- only $35.00 when purchased at Replenish Home Private Party)
    • Discounted gift certificates- 14% of the retail price of any gift certificate for yourself or others when purchased at the Replenish Home Private Party

    Replenish Parties include all of the great benefits of yoga and the fun of doing it in a safe environment with people you are comfortable with. It can be held at your house, church or in the studio. Replenish can provide yoga mats and needed yoga props for students (included).

    The Replenish Party is $16.00 per person participating with a minimum amount of $96 per Home Party. The Host gets a FREE monthly- unlimited yoga class pass for all Replenish walk in classes or a FREE $50 5-class punch card (Host choice).

  • Yoga Tips

    • What to Wear

      Wear comfortable non-binding clothes, yet no baggy clothing which would make it difficult for instructors to see your alignment. You will need to be barefooted. Short sleeved tee shirts, leggings, or workout pants and additional long sleeve tops are ideal for layering as needed.

    • What to Bring

      Bring a yoga mat. If you do not have one a mat can be provided for you. Mats are also available for purchase. Bring a towel or blanket which may be used for both a prop and/or cover if you are cold during the relaxation period. During class, please do not drink water. Water cools the inner heat (what the yogis call "tapas") that helps make the body flexible. Do drink plenty of water after class.

    • Before Class

      It is advisable not to eat immediately before class. Please arrive a few minutes early for your first visit to sign a new student form and to get acquainted with the teacher. Please be sure to inform the teacher if you have any injuries or limitations prior to class. We will be happy to assist you in modifying the postures as needed.
